11. Manufacturing Stage 2
a. Check parts for completeness
b. Review parts list, manufacturing drawing, special parts and identify final pre-manufacturing questions
c. Contact customer to resolve outstanding questions/ issues
d. Sign off specifications
e. Hardness, tube straightness and weld checking
f. Surface finish check for blemishes
g. Mark out mast for manufacture
h. Cut slots and drill out to design drawing
i. Assemble components to parts list and drawing
j. Clean and wax mast, checking surface finish
k. Assemble rigging from rigging specification sheet
l. Rig the mast ensuring all the specifications are present and correct before packing in plastic sleeve
m. Mark customer's name on spars
